We often discuss the changing face of Bihar and the reports that often comes from the media give a soothing effect on the rest of the country. But are the reports reliable or trustworthy?
If we believe in media with our blind eyed then we are puppets in the hand of media.
We need to introspect and ask ourselves the truth behind the TV screen.
We often compare the development of Bihar with the mighty states like Gujarat, Haryana, and Maharashtra, but how can we forget they attend menopause decades back and are still on sustainable growth that’s why the rates are a little lower than Bihar which started from the scratch. The development rates are lower because they believe in sustainable development rather to achieve the apogee and to get the growth rate rolling at a constant rate. That is why the Bihar development rates or the development propaganda look and sound attractive.
And the rates that Bihar is talking about could be achieved by a very minimal approach.
Some people have the feeling here that just by offering jobs to the masses Mr Nistish Kumar, the chief minister of Bihar is changing the fate of Bihar, but he is comprising on the quality grounds. This is just to get popularity and political gains among the voters and win the heart of the masses, he is sacrificing quality and standards.
As I think instead of taking or recruiting new people into the system we must rectify the system first and bring more transparency and cleanliness into it to avoid the entry of people with fake degree and certificates that makes the system corrupt and make it best fitting for their own requirements.
This is my conclusion from my own experience when I was on my stay in Bihar for the issue of my passport and then I realized the real face of Bihar, which still is as haunting and as horrible as before.
Whenever I wished to check information regarding the Bihar staff selection commission on the website it was not updated and the concerned person is not willing to help others regarding their own area of activities as they are not aware of the system and the procedure involved. Even the people are not willing to change themselves; they are adjusting themselves to the taunt system by offering very minimal amounts of bribes to everyone that belongs to the system at every level.
Everyone has some price here but not the value…
good one keep it up
